By using the services provided by Channeled Canine Coaching, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all in-person and virtual dog training services, consultations, and communications.

1. Services Offered

Channeled Canine Coaching provides:

• Private and group dog training (in person and virtual)

• Puppy development programs

• Behavioral consultations

• Follow-up support via phone, email, or video call

• Guide/Service dog support for graduates or puppy raisers working with for-profit or non-profit organizations, including self trained.

All services are customized based on the needs of the individual dog and client.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success and safety of training, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their dog’s behavior and health

• Practice training exercises consistently between sessions

• Ensure a safe environment during in-person sessions (yard secure, dog supervised, etc.)

• Follow all safety instructions and recommendations

Children may be present during sessions with supervision, but must not interfere with training or safety.

3. Booking + Cancellations

• Sessions are by appointment only and must be booked in advance

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee or forfeited session credit

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of personalized services and scheduling commitments, refunds are generally not offered. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Results Disclaimer

While we aim to help each dog and family reach their goals, training success depends on multiple factors, including the dog’s temperament, environment, and the owner’s consistency. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific results.

6. Safety + Liability

Channeled Canine Coaching is not responsible for:

• Injuries to dogs or people that occur during training due to pre-existing conditions or unmanaged behavior

Clients are responsible for managing their dog in public, using appropriate gear, and complying with local leash laws.
