Virtual dog training is often just as effective, and sometimes even more effective, than in-person sessions.
Because you’re the one working directly with your dog, you’re learning the exact skills needed to create lasting change. Instead of relying on a trainer to step in, you gain the confidence and clarity to handle situations on your own, with expert guidance at your fingertips.
We’re also working in your dog’s real environment, where behaviors naturally happen. This allows us to address issues more directly and create practical solutions that fit your daily life.
With real-time coaching, you’ll know exactly what to do, how to adjust, and how to move forward between sessions.
Virtual Dog Training
Packages & Pricing
Training is customized based on your goals, your dog, and the level of support you’re looking for.
How Dog Training Plans are Customized
Every dog is different, which means there’s no one-size-fits-all training plan.
We’ll start with a consultation to evaluate your dog or puppy, understand your goals, and see what’s really going on. From there, we will recommend the training plan that makes the most sense based on your dog’s needs and your lifestyle.
If you already have a package in mind, that’s absolutely okay too, as we can always adjust as we go.
You may see examples of behaviors or goals listed under each package, but those are just examples, not a fixed checklist.
Some dogs may need more focused on certain areas, while others move quickly through different skills. Every plan is customized so we’re working on what actually matters most for you and your dog.

Virtual Dog Training FAQs
-
There is no limit on how many dogs we can work with during your lesson, with no additional cost.
While the session is limited by time, we are committed to addressing all your questions for each pup.
Multi-dog house holds with many different training needs often benefit from the Comprehensive Plan, but can be discussed further with your trainer.
-
We use modern, science-backed, positive reinforcement training methods that focus on building trust, communication, and real-life reliability.
Our goal isn’t just to “stop” behaviors, but to help your dog understand what to do instead, creating lasting results without fear or force.
We follow the the “LIMA” principle, which stands for “least intrusive, minimally aversive, to achieve real results.
-
Yes and it’s encouraged, but not required.
Anyone who regularly interacts with your dog can be part of the training process, so everyone is on the same page and your dog gets consistent communication. For those who cannot join, but want to be involved, training plans are always sent home, plus we can record sessions as needed.
For younger children, some parts of the session may be more observation-based. Many families choose to have a quiet activity available, or arrange for additional support if needed, so we can stay focused and make the most of our time together.
-
Training is a collaborative process, and results depend on consistency and follow-through between sessions.
That said, our goal is always to give you clear, practical tools that create real progress you can see and feel in your day-to-day life.
-
In many cases, yes, especially for behaviors that happen inside the home.
There are great benefits in holding sessions remotely. Often the first 15 minutes of meeting with clients in person involve getting the dog to settle back down after the initial excitement of having a new person enter their home. By holding sessions virtually, we remove the added distraction and can jump straight into learning.
Virtual sessions allow coaching in real time, in your dog’s natural environment. For some situations, in-person sessions may be more beneficial, and we can decide what’s the best fit for you.
-
The first session is about getting a clear picture of what’s going on and where you want to go.
We’ll go over your dog’s history, current behaviors, and your goals, then provide an evaluation and begin working on practical strategies you can start implementing right away. From there, we will recommend a training plan tailored to your dog and your lifestyle.
-
Packages are designed to be used within a consistent timeframe so your dog can build momentum and see the best results.
Packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. This policy helps ensure consistency and ensures training stays effective.
If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as we always do our best to work with you when possible.
-
Every dog and situation is different, which is why we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach.
We’ll start with an initial session to evaluate your dog, talk through your goals, and then recommend a training plan that makes the most sense for you and your family.
If you already have a package in mind, we can absolutely work with that too and adjust as needed.
-
Many of the dogs we work with have more complex behavior challenges, like reactivity, anxiety, or fear-based behaviors.
Training is always customized based on your dog’s needs, and we’ll move at a pace that sets both you and your dog up for success. You’re not expected to have a “perfect” dog to get started.
